										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Amazónico opens its doors in the summer of 2016 and floods the heart of the Barrio de Salamanca, Madrid, with freshness, aromas and sensations. To cross its threshold is to enter the greenery and exuberance of the Amazon rainforest. The gastronomic proposal is inspired by tropical, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine, with references to Brazilian cuisine, country of origin of our chef Sandro Silva.</p>
<p>Its different environments allow you to enjoy the restaurant at any time of the day, whether with a light lunch, a tapas bar, savoring your cocktails or having a restful dinner.</p>
<p>The Jazz club, The Jungle Jazz Club, located on the ground floor of the restaurant, combines the sensual spirit of the restaurant with a premium musical proposal and live concerts every day of the week. A space to savor the nostalgia of jazz music and the rabid news of national and international bands. All accompanied by the amazing cuisine and cocktails of Amazónico.</p>
