From the vine to the glass: You will learn the sherry secrets from the beginning of its making. The trip will start in a vineyard to familiarize yourself with the terrain and the different types of grapes. Later, in a cellar, you will discover the treasures that the time and the know-how of the winemakers offer.

Jerez route: In this alternative you will get to know the key points of Jerez: Sanlucar de Barrameda, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Jerez de la Frontera, cities where you will visit a winery for each one.

The miracle of time: This option includes two wineries from the Marco de Jerez. One of them produces only Palo Cortado and another specialized in VORS wines (wines of more than 30 years) in which you can also admire one of the best private collections of Spanish painting.

After a short walking, we’ll go to the kitchen, located in one local on the city center of Cadiz.

We’ll prepare some of the typical dishes from Andalusian gastronomy: salmorejo, “papas aliñas” with egg, parsley and spring onion, mushrooms stuffed with meat and jamon serrano and scrambled eggs with garlic shrimp.

After the cooking workshop, we’ll enjoy our meal with soft drinks, water and sherry.
