The Almazara or oil mill has been the way of life of this part of Spain for hundreds of years. Each autumn the fruits of the centenary olive trees are collected to transform them into liquid gold. But each extraction of the oil mill gives a name to the oil and its degree of acidity, is as complex as the production of a good wine. We will have the opportunity to see how it is executed and to make a tasting directed by the owner of the mill of the different types of oil that we will serve later with different types of wine in a nearby winery, so that everything fits, with tapas of ham and cheese. All products that come out of Córdoba.
